  • In the situation when pile thread suppressed by heavy furniture, brush the pile thread then sweep by the vacuum cleaner.
  • To prevent dust formation at the base of thread sweep periodically by the vacuum cleaner
  • During sweeping slowly move in the directions of pile thread.
  • Avoid usage of excess water and shampoo.
  • Do not wash the carpet, after cleaning with shampoo wipe with water and immediately dry.
  • The stain can be removed by immediate and the correct interference.
  • First of all suck the stain by vacuum cleaner at high power then clean with small amount of water and carpet shampoo in the direction of pile thread. After cleaning remove moisture by vacuum cleaner of by dry piece of cloth.
  • Before applying stain removal chemical try this chemical on the invisible part of carpet.

General conditions for carpet usage;

  • Do not beat while cleaning, sweep by vacuum cleaner every day if possible.
  • Do not bring into contact with objects with temperatures higher than 70 °C (hot tea or water iron etc...)
  • Do not wash carpet, clean by using carper shampoo, after cleaning dry as soon as possible.
  • To dry carpet do not expose into direct sunlight for prolonged period of time.
  • Do not use detegents, bleaching agents, vinegar and similar chemicals for cleaning.
  • Do not leave heavy objects on the carpet for long time.
  • Do not fold, keep in humidity free areas.

Care and usage of 100% woolen carpet;

  • Do not beat while cleaning, sweep by vacuum cleaner every day if possible.
  • Do not bring into contact with objects with temperatures higher than 70 °C (hot tea or water iron etc...)
  • Do not wash carpet, clean by using carper shampoo. Follow cleaning instruction of shampoo.
  • To dry carpet do not expose into direct sunlight for prolonged period of time.
  • Do not use detegents, bleaching agents, vinegar and similar chemicals for cleaning.
  • To remove water from woolen carpet use moisture absorbing piece of cloth or suck it with vacuum cleaner. Dry as soon as possible and do not step until complete drying.
  • Use woolen carpet equally. Periodically change the directions of carpet.
  • Do not leave objects on the same place for a long time.
